臺式聚焦超聲系統采用超聲波原理,具有安全性,可靠性,靈活性,高效性。
特點:
安全性:因為超聲波可以應用于臨床,所以儀器采用超聲波原理轉染,可以保證后期臨床試驗研究的安全性。
靈活性:超聲波轉染儀的傳感器模塊具有自我校正功能,此模塊可以更換。
可用于聚焦超聲研究(FUS):具有高強度聚焦超聲傳感器模塊。
可以結合微泡使用:儀器結合微泡(Microbubbles)使用,可以提高轉染效率;并且使用特殊的微泡(如Targesphere SA)可以靶向特定細胞。
技術特征
1、輸出頻率
輸出頻率固定在1 MHz,以優化和可重復地穿透組織培養容器和基于組織的目標。
2、超聲功率/密度選項
超聲功率密度/強度選項在0和5 W / cm 2之間 ,調整為0.1 W / cm2。
3、占空比范圍
各種占空比范圍為5 - 100%,增量為5%,脈沖頻率為100 Hz。
4、自動化治療控制時間
自動控制治療時間,可在數秒內調整至90秒的治療時間,此后在數分鐘內直至治療時間為60分鐘。
5、水封超聲頭
超聲波頭是水密封的,并且與液體中的操作浸沒兼容。
6、預編程的治療參數
提供10個操作程序,其中5個預先編程為適當的治療參數,以通過SONIDEL STK實現超聲介導轉染,配備10個陽性對照轉染試劑盒。其他5個程序可以根據操作員選擇的特定條件進行調整
7、超聲劑量反饋控制
超聲頭配備有反饋控制,如果與目標接觸并且超聲波傳輸到目標,則自動關閉計時器。在這種情況下,定時器倒計時機制將在接觸受損的準確時間停止并發出聲音警報。
