小RNA是生物體內一類具有重要調控功能的非編碼小RNA的總稱。大量研究已經證實,小RNA幾乎參與調控了動植物幾乎所有的生命過程,包括細胞增殖,分化,凋亡等,并且與人類疾病的發生發展密切相關。小RNA測序正是對這一類重要的調控小RNA展開分析,利用高通量測序技術對樣本中18~30 nt的小RNA序列進行鑒定和分析。依托聯川生物強大的生物信息分析平臺,可以快速鑒定物種已知小RNA,并預測新的小RNA,同時可對小RNA的靶基因進行預測和功能分析。
