] of the biological activity of hTNF-α (0.5 ng/ml), a concentration of < 0.1 μg/ml of this antibody is required.

In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/ml of recombinant human TNF-α when used with 's biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human TNF-α (500-P31ABt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 µg/ml.

To detect hTNF-α by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hTNF-α is 0.5-1.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions and 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
