In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 200 pg/ml of recombinant human Resistin when used with 's biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human Resistin (500-P183GBt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 0.5-1.0 µg/ml.

To detect hResistin by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hResistin is 0.20-0.40 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
