平面雙軸測(cè)試系統(tǒng)
是一款雙軸拉伸測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。可對(duì)軟組織和生物材料進(jìn)行定性研究測(cè)試,能實(shí)時(shí)捕捉材料的動(dòng)態(tài)圖像并同步顯示,分析力與位移以及同步視頻圖像用于分析結(jié)果和驗(yàn)證,所得數(shù)據(jù)可輸出為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電子表格,或者導(dǎo)入到分析軟件中進(jìn)行分析。
X、Y軸處于同一個(gè)平面上,能對(duì)平面組織進(jìn)行單軸或雙軸拉力測(cè)量,位移和力控制、循環(huán)測(cè)試、蠕變、預(yù)加載和非等軸雙向加載都很容易規(guī)定。
夾具具有掛載梳或直接夾住的固定系統(tǒng),多種測(cè)試模式可選。
應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:
可用于生物組織、醫(yī)療器械、紡織品、橡膠材料、塑料薄膜、金屬、復(fù)合材料的研究。
在生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域,主要用于人工皮膚、人造血管、人心臟瓣膜、人工角膜、人工鞏膜、人工肌腱、人工韌帶、人工軟組織、人工椎間盤(pán)、人工纖維環(huán)等生物材料的測(cè)試。
可用于橡膠、塑料、紡織品、布匹、紙張、薄膜等高分子材料的各向同性或者各向異性研究和測(cè)試,用于測(cè)量膜材強(qiáng)度、彈性模量等多種力學(xué)性質(zhì)。
樣品要求:
測(cè)試樣本不小于3×3毫米,不大于15×15毫米,可以進(jìn)行多模塊周期的、拉伸和松弛測(cè)試。
產(chǎn)品提供控溫浴槽,配備培養(yǎng)基加熱腔和溫度傳感器,以保持標(biāo)本處于合適的生理?xiàng)l件。
