平面雙軸測試系統
是一款雙軸拉伸測試系統。可對軟組織和生物材料進行定性研究測試,能實時捕捉材料的動態圖像并同步顯示,分析力與位移以及同步視頻圖像用于分析結果和驗證,所得數據可輸出為標準的電子表格,或者導入到分析軟件中進行分析。
X、Y軸處于同一個平面上,能對平面組織進行單軸或雙軸拉力測量,位移和力控制、循環測試、蠕變、預加載和非等軸雙向加載都很容易規定。
夾具具有掛載梳或直接夾住的固定系統,多種測試模式可選。
應用領域:
可用于生物組織、醫療器械、紡織品、橡膠材料、塑料薄膜、金屬、復合材料的研究。
在生物醫學研究領域,主要用于人工皮膚、人造血管、人心臟瓣膜、人工角膜、人工鞏膜、人工肌腱、人工韌帶、人工軟組織、人工椎間盤、人工纖維環等生物材料的測試。
可用于橡膠、塑料、紡織品、布匹、紙張、薄膜等高分子材料的各向同性或者各向異性研究和測試,用于測量膜材強度、彈性模量等多種力學性質。
樣品要求:
測試樣本不小于3×3毫米,不大于15×15毫米,可以進行多模塊周期的、拉伸和松弛測試。
產品提供控溫浴槽,配備培養基加熱腔和溫度傳感器,以保持標本處于合適的生理條件。
