The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20o

Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.

In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 250 pg/ml of recombinant human IL-15 when used with 's biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IL-15 (500-P15Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2.0-4.0 µg/ml.

To detect hIL-15 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.50-1.0 µg/ml (non-reducing) or at a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml (reducing). Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIL-15 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
